100% Guarantee and Cancellation Policy for Seminars and Programs
If you are unable to attend a live Seminar or virtual Program that you have
registered for, please email Hopewithfaithsong@gmail.com at least 3

business days prior to the event in order to qualify for Raincheck Vouchers

and transfers. If notified at least 3 business days in advance, we will be

happy to transfer your ticket(s) or pass(es) to a friend, family member or
business associate of your choosing, or provide you with a Raincheck

Voucher which entitles you attend a future Seminar or Program similar to

the one you are unable to attend (excluding travel expenses). All Seminar

tickets, Program passes and Raincheck Vouchers are fully transferable.

We have a 100% refund policy for any Seminar/ Program that is cancelled

within 10 days of registration. Once attendees register for a Seminar/

Program, we make extensive arrangements and investments and, in the case

of their cancellation, we incur significant administrative expenses and loss of

business. Therefore we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds

beginning 10 days after Attendee has registered for a Seminar/ Program.

Attendees who cancel within 10 days of registering are protected by our

100% refund policy and will receive a full refund. Any Attendee seeking to

cancel their registration after 10 days will not under any circumstances

receive a refund but instead may receive a ticket or pass to a future Dayna Belcher event on the same or similar topic, or may

transfer their ticket(s) or pass(es) to another party. If you are unsure of

whether or not you can attend the Seminar/ Program please do not register.

If, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend the Seminar/ Program we

will happily refund your money within 10 days of registration, transfer your

ticket(s)/ pass(es) to someone else, or allow you to attend a future Dayna Belcher event on a similar topic at her sole discretion.
100% Seminar Satisfaction Guarantee

All of our Seminars are backed with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! We
guarantee that Attendees will be 100% satisfied with the Seminar should
they attend the entire event. Satisfaction is defined as the Attendees belief
that we have delivered on what we promised based on our Seminar
 registration materials and website(s).

Attendees who are not satisfied with the Seminar must simply verbally
notify one of our staff members of their dissatisfaction, and return all course
materials, including personal notes, at the immediate conclusion of the
 Seminar.

After having attended the entire event, if an Attendee is not satisfied and
they notify us in the manner described above at the conclusion of the event,
we will refund their full Seminar tuition, excluding travel expenses.

In some cases an unsatisfied Attendee may be asked to submit a letter

explaining their reasons for dissatisfaction and proof of purchase. Refunds
and reimbursements will be made within 30 days of the event. All
reimbursements are at the sole discretion of the Promoter and all Promoter
decisions are final and binding. Any statements of dissatisfaction or requests
for refunds not received at the Venue within 4 hours immediately following
the conclusion of the event, as described above, will not qualify for this
 guarantee.

Please note that the guarantee does not apply if the attendee does not attend
the Seminar, or does not attend the entire Seminar. Further, the guarantee
cannot be substituted or confused with the Cancellation Policy.

Programs purchased through Dayna Belcher’s (“Promoter”), Promoter
website(s) or at Promoter Seminars and Programs, are entitled to a 100%
satisfaction guarantee, which is governed by the terms and conditions that
